2. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is delivered through technical hosting and platform infrastructure. Technically necessary data such as IP address, access time, requested file, browser, device and security information may be processed to provide the website securely and reliably. 3. Contact and licensing enquiries

The form does not transmit entries to a website server. It opens your local email application with a prepared message to licensing@mommybrandgroup.com. Your information is processed only when you send that email. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication.

4. Media, external links and storage

Images, videos, stylesheets and scripts are delivered as local website files. The site contains no embedded social feeds, analytics, advertising or retargeting services. External sites open only when you activate a link. The site itself sets no analytics or marketing cookies. To keep the privacy notice from reappearing on every page after it is dismissed, the acknowledgement is stored locally in your browser. It remains stored until you clear this website’s data in your browser. The back function also stores the previous page and its scroll position within the browser session. This navigation information is not transmitted to us.

5. Your rights

Subject to statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
